Shells is fresh off an amazing vacation and wedding celebration in Cabo. And Irene has started off her fitness journey with a bang! Let’s go, Irene (#TeamGetSnatched/#GetFineSummer17). Then we wrap up the show … no #WIMB this week, but Shells’ eye spy inspiration is about embracing abundance even if it means “losing” some things or people.

A Bushy Distraction

What’s up, Giggle Gang!
We took a week off, but we are back to give the people what they want. Shells has been busy trying to adjust to summer break and Irene has been embracing the start of music festival season, which brings about a very serious concern about port-a-potties.
Special shout out to Irene’s momma who graduated this weekend with a Masters in Nursing!
There’s no #WYR this week, but Shells has a fun word of the day. Let us see your best Moue.

Then to the water cooler… we’re talking about these ridiculous Senate testimonies and the powerhouse that is Kamala Harris; the PDA between Keyshia Knight Pulliam and Bill Cosby during his trial; Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and Diddy landing high on Forbes recent net worth list, and one bushy distraction cloaked in “feminism” from Amber Rose.

We wrap up the show with ‘To the Max’ in Irene’s Beats, and Shells’ eye spy is all about the flow between folding and opening up your heart… lessons learned in yoga.

Believe it or Not…

Giggle Gang!!! We’re back at it!

Irene’s been co-maxin’ & relaxing over the Memorial Day weekend, with the exception of a late night party; meanwhile  and Shells’ had a pretty intense extended weekend attending events, chaperoning a 9-year old birthday sleep over, and hosting a cook-out. But enough about us, let’s get into the show.
