Level Up-A Conversation w/ Mona Scott Young

#GiggleGang!! Forget all the other shit, Mona Scott Young is on the show this week!!! Yes, Mona. Scott. Young. The juggernaut behind VH1’s smash series, Love and Hip-Hop! Before I get into all of Mona’s business, we get around the water cooler to discuss the greatness that is Serena Williams, Beyonce and Balmain giving back to HBCU’s, the traitor that is Trump, and Stevie J and Faith’s real love and hiphop story.

Then Mona takes us down memory lane by sharing her story of how she got into the entertainment industry, the glory years of Violator and Def Jam records, how she met and started managing Missy Elliott, the creation of Love and HipHop, and her latest venture- the release of her new book, Blurred Lines.

And CiCi’s new track is in my Beats this week. Gotta Level Up!

All this and so much more!

Until we meet again, friend.
